Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc. (PSS) Acquires Integrated Network Services

Herndon, Va. Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc. (PSS), announced today that it has acquired Integrated Network Services, Inc. (INSI), an information technology company specializing in supporting mission critical systems and applications in the intelligence and defense communities. "INSI expands our presence in the Intelligence and DoD communities and has a proven track record of excellence in customer service," said Scott Goss, President and CEO of PSS, Inc. Mark Turlik, INSI's current President and CEO will become Senior Vice President of Preferred Systems Solutions, and President of the Intelligence Division. Mr. Turlik said, "We are excited to be joining the PSS team. The combination will broaden our offerings to our customers and allow us to pursue new opportunities on a larger scale."
