On August 31, 2007, WWC Securities, LLC announced the completion of a "significant" recapitalization of Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc., a leader in providing Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics Management Support and Consulting Services, by an investment group led by CM Equity Partners, LLC.
