Jim McCabe joined WWC Capital Group, LLC as an Associate in November, 2006. Prior to joining WWC, Jim worked at Lafarge SA, a multinational construction materials firm, in the corporate finance and acquisitions group for North America. Jim previously spent time pursuing leveraged buyout opportunities with Kasten Group, LLC in the St. Louis area, and engaging in restructuring and M&A transactions with Seneca Financial Group, a boutique investment bank in Greenwich, CT.

Jim received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He resides in Virginia with his wife and son.
